Overages and Additional Fees
Customer not ready at time of pickup or delivery
$50
If you need to reschedule your appointment time, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. It is extremely important to us that we are on time for your appointment. By you being on time, you ensure that we can remain on time.
Pick up or delivery outside of our designated windows
$250
If you have to move out early/late or want to move in early/late, we can absolutely work with you on a date/time that works for you. *Exception applies to RA and orientation volunteers. Please email to confirm with us.*
Unreturned Bins
$75/bin
After delivery of your items, you have 5 days to empty your bins and place them outside of your dorm/apartment. After the 5 days, you will be assessed at $75 fee for each bin in your possession.
2nd attempt to pickup or deliver
$100
This fee applies to anyone who wasn’t responsive at their appointment time. We will pickup or deliver based on our schedule if we have to come back and attempt a second time.
Overages
$25/item
We will provide additional bins at the request of the student. We also will accept any additional oversized items than what the package alloted for. After inventorying all the items, we will send an invoice with the overages. Each additional bin or oversized item is $25 for the summer.
